What is the Sister Wound?
The sister wound is something women often do not talk about but was created within the patriarchy.

The sister wound, which places women in competition with one another, often shows itself in unhealthy coping skills such as gossiping, shaming, backstabbing, judgment, and jealousy.

These behaviors often result in a deep sense of loneliness, hiding, living in shame, and feeling disconnected.
The Goddess Connection: Healing the Sister Wound is an 8-week program designed and led by Licenced Therapist Rita Herperger, to heal yourself and the Feminine Collective.
This container is a safe place for women to come together and learn how to collectively deal with their past hurts. We'll explore where we wounded and betrayed each other and how we continue to do so. All sessions are led by licensed therapist Rita Herperger, who will give you the professional support and tools you need to work through the material.
All healing first starts with awareness and then a willingness to deal with what's underneath this surface.
What to bring to the in-person workshop & Zoom containers:
-
A pen
-
A journal
-
A Candle
-
Cacao or Hot Chocolate (Zoom attendees, only)
-
A Pillow or Blanket for meditation
