Spirit + Therapy Session
In this session, Rita expands on traditional counselling by utilizing strong spiritual elements. This is a counseling session where Rita uses her skills as a medium to include help from any Spirit, Spirit Guides, Angels and the Archangels--whichever comes through to help. This is not a Soul-Full Reading which is messages from Spirit. While this type of session is beneficial to everyone and in every area of life, it is most beneficial within the areas of Grief/Bereavement counseling and healing from trauma.

Soul-Full Reading
Rita considers every reading sacred and honors your heart's greatest need. Sitting within the energy and vibration of herself, Spirit and you (Sitter), she becomes the conduit for Spirit to communicate messages intended to heal, offer clear guidance and bring about another level of peace. You are asked to come to these sittings with an open mind and an open heart; there is no way to know which loved one will come through, but you will always be given messages compassionately and lovingly and that are in the best and highest good of all intended.
Past Life Reading
In this unique and exciting reading, Rita will identify how many past lives your soul has incarnated. From there, she will gather details from the 4 most recent past lives and/or the most relevant to your current life experience. This can bring you much insight into the situations in which you may find yourself.
As an added option, Rita will personalize a treatment plan using traditional psychological tools and strategies and/or alternative therapies, to help you to heal past life traumas and patterns. Often, these traumas and patterns play out in such a way to create barriers that keep you from living an abundant and authentic experience.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "Life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is used in many hospitals that use an integrative model of treatment.

Counselling Hypnotherapy
Trained in Eriksonian Hypnotherapy©, Rita applies an indirect approach that allows your subconscious and your higher conscious minds to move into the forefront and let your conscious mind take a rest! Your higher conscious [Higher Self] knows all the answers you need--your subconscious mind stores all your life knowledge, and by accessing these two conscious levels, gently, through hypnotherapy, patterns, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve you can be reprogrammed to allow for a permanent change!​

Oracle Card Readings
Divination through Oracle cards is a centuries-old practice used to measure potential outcomes and evaluate influences surrounding a person, event, or both. Similar to the guidance provided by Tarot cards, Oracle cards only differ in that they have no strict rules or structure. Due to this, Oracle cards can be based on anything from The Stars, Flowers, and Fairies.
Similar to Oracle and Tarot card readings, Angel card readings tap into Angelic presence to guide the recipient toward their best life. Readings may focus on a specific question or be more open-ended, simply honing in on a general aspect of life. They may also be effective methods of tuning into subconscious thoughts, emotions, and visions that can serve as guidance.
Note re: all card readings: Rita does not rely "souly" on the scripts of the cards--she has developed her natural gifts and uses them, within the love and light of the Divine, to bring into your reading any added messages from any who come forward in spirit, during these sessions.

Access Conciousness BARS© Energy Healing
The Access Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head, storing the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. Running The Bars is a simple, non-invasive energy process where the facilitator lightly touches each point on your head to release the energy. Receiving this process (having your Bars run) usually leaves you with a sense of peace and space; and a feeling like there is more possibility open to you.

Sound Bowl Energy Healing
Allow yourself a truly unique experience through sound! In this 1 hour session, Rita will provide an energetic healing and Chakra alignment by playing her Quartz Crystal sound bowls. The vibrational tones of these bowls are true and uniquely designed to resonate with your body by opening, clearing, and re-balancing the 7 main Chakras, including the high heart. The high heart is located in the thymus gland or the center for the immune system and is tuned to the note of F#. There is scientific evidence that proves each Chakra [energy center] is associated with a musical note or vibrational frequency.
